NanoSMat07 will offer three short one-day courses

These will run in parallel at the venue hotel on Sunday 8 July 2007.

Following are the three courses that will be offered:

Course 1

“The Deposition and Micro/Nano Scale Tribology of Nanostructured Coatings”

Course 2

“Introduction to Nanoscience and Nanotechnology”
Speakers: N. Ali (Uni. of Aveiro, Portugal) & W. Ahmed (Uni. of Ulster, UK)

Course 3

“Characterisation of Nanostructured Materials”
Speaker: Sam Zhang, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore
